Having a similar issue here. My atlas looks very similar to this, except the only shaper strongholds are T13 and nowhere near all the other shaper/elder influenced maps. Current Zana quest just says "complete any elder-influenced T13 map." But the elder influence never goes above T5 or T6...

BW vamps is decent. You can make it work with mostly uncommons. Highly recommend the 2/4 flying vamp that draws a card and does damage to the opponent, people go out of their way to remove that card. Dawn of Hope is also a GREAT white card to craft. Quite an excellent draw engine.

You need to read more about the fundamentals of relativity. It would take 10 years to get there at .9999c from the perspective of an outside observer. Time passes slower and slower the closer you get to C, but only from an outside perspective. The traveler would still experience time "normally."
