Leveling speed used to be a lot slower not only due to people not knowing the game but the xp gains were a fraction of what they are now. If they put back in the release leveling gain speed its still going to take a while for all but cat asses to hit 60.

I think the broken summoner ones both had the eidolon that if you took all the max power options could get stupidly powerful but they also got a large amount of summon monster spells. They basically would break games by the summoners action economy got stupid once they shat out enough minions...

The original version of summoners was pretty fucking broken you could game the shit out of it to do some really zany stuff. I could see them putting the alternate unhinged summoner build in for a future update as those are a lot less abusable.

That plus alchemists generally are a good all around support character. They can heal some they can damage they can turn into my hyde and punch shit in the face depending whats needed.

I tried queuing for some islands on my boomkin I am leveling as somebody mentioned here the XP is really really good. They also appeared to not be joking about upping the drop rate of stuff in there. I got a transmog staff and a pet from the few I did last night testing the XP gains.

I think it is complete. There are races and names they can't use in the new game such as the ur-quon. So they are basically going as a reboot and so far it seems to hit the feel really well.
