I think they intended every time you gained a heart level you would unlock something but in practice you go 2 or 3 heart levels with nothing then suddenly you unlock stuff on all three pieces. I think with the catch up mechanic stuff a lot of this probably fixes itself...

Overall I am liking the expansion and I think the islands and warfronts have a lot of promise if the former has has some more consistent non AP rewards like shit just putting a bunch of the transmog stuff up for dubloons. Maybe rotate them around if you want to time gate it so only x many show...

One weirdness of the system I did not see mentioned is for the azerite stuff the outermost ring is generally the only one anybody even cares about. So you just unlocked your first ring or maybe first two rings for epic stuff and then there is no real incentive to push to unlock the remainders...

At least for the first three bosses I have seen in uldir I probably will as well. Most of the fight so far are basically big dick single target stuff and affliction just can't be beat for that.

So far its fine for dungeons even low mythics as its aoe is pretty solid but on single target fights they pretty lack luster.

It is weird that for demo warlocks the best azurite traits are some of the generic ones like thunderous blast. Most of the spec specific ones seem like a trap currently.

I know shit by now you can get a full set of 300-310 just from tradeskillers and once you get there just doing WQ would get you to 320 pretty fast and run some dungeons and its even faster.

Frost from what I have seen is really really strong for AOE at the moment and seem really good in dungeons.

I sort of understand this. Basically so if you get hung up on something or distracted you can easily catch back up to them. But yes it makes me want to bust out a whip to get the idiots moving faster but its done that way in a lot of games intentionally.

Not just war resources one of my quests was a loot crate for the new arathi 7th legion gear which was a pretty big upgrade for me. But it is a pretty huge loot pinata of war resources if you bang through all those quests.

when you control the warfront you get a series of quests in your home town for arathi. They have pretty decent rewards and massive amounts of orderhall resources. It also gives you access to a world boss specific to the arathi zone that only the faction in control can go after.

RNG is RNG. Yesterday I only got one armor piece and a few toys. None of their drop rates are that high but there are just so many of them that usually you get some stuff but sometimes you roll snake eyes.

Honestly with his role in MI:6 as ruthless assassin I think he could do a fine job as gerralt and he clearly gets the source material which helps a lot.

I think the only real difference is if you don't "own" arathi you don't get the big world boss there.

Unfortunately thats pretty much standard early expansion shit ass stat allocations. They know damn well a lot of the stats you are getting are sub optimal and that basically is intentional so as you get better gear during the expansion it gets better and more ideal stat allocations.
