Mana regen is set right now. I won't be changing it. Blink and Leap are meant for short time use, not extended periods of travel. With a full mana bar you'll have 10 back to back uses; after that you have to wait for mana regen.

I will be able to adjust damage on Swords and Bows. Also there is a magic mod which can have adjustable damage. I think most would agree that any change to PvP is a good change.

The new Spawn building is in place. Please have patience while I get the armor and weapon kits for sale. Prices have changed on some items and enchants. I've looking into a mod that will allow stats increases on armor. This may allow a more dynamic pvp environment.
