Safefall is made redundant by the second explorer ability which just stop you in midair. You need to cast safefall in advance of the fall, but the other one can just be used before you hit the ground.
I finally managed a 12 win run with warrior, so that's the full set for me.
I think I realise why I am so bad in arena with warrior and rogue. Sometimes, what I think is the best play means that I will get hit in their face by a minion next turn. With the weapon classes, you need to...
I only played this briefly yesterday, but I am surprised that people have fps problems. I get 45-60 fps on my 2 year old machine on high settings. i5 3570k, 8 gig ram, 560 gtx and ssd. I have been told by friends that it runs smooth on weak machines on low settings also, but it lags bad on...
I just read this theory on reddit that Euron = Daario, which could explain why you iron islands stuff is being left until season 5 as it would be a major spoiler for readers.
Is Daario really?...(Spoilers ADWD) : asoiaf
I like the comment about Euron having a fleet of 93 ships in the...
I believe it was season 2 where they showed that Varys jeeps the old man (the guy who cut off Varys' dick) inside of a box. Presumably he has had him in there for many years.
The fight is between the accuser and the accused. Each side may choose a champion if they are not a man of fighting age. In season one Tyrion got to choose a champion because he is a dwarf.
Some dumb bitches on the stream were talking shit about posters on here and on reddit. Brad just popped in to politely tell them to stop it. To be fair to brad, I was thinking the same thing.
As a brit the version I said as a kid was:
Eeny, meeny, miny, moe,
Catch a American Inventor by the toe.
If he squeals, let him go,
Eeny, meeny, miny, moe
Noways kids don't even learn baa baa black sheep because it is racist.
I've started to take way longer than that on my early turns. I try to consider what would happen if they make any of the common expected plays on the following turn, based on what I have as responses in my hand. Even just looking one turn ahead there are dozens of common possibilities.
The throne would go to whoever Tywin wanted it to go to.
In terms of line of succession, Stannis should be next in line after Tommen. However, they can just say that Stannis is a traitor and traitors should not be king. After Stannis, the next in line should be Robert's/Stannis' oldest...
1) Littlefinger reveals it in book 3.
2) Does not happen in the books.
3) Does not happen in the books.
4) Happens in the books, but perhaps not until book 4.
I don't really play anymore, but in WoL the most important things for stopping a 1/1/1 were cutting probes and starting gateways at the right time, and having pylons on the map to warp in behind them. How you defended the harass and how many robo units you made mattered a little, but it was...
The only 12 win priest I had had a lot of minions that could heal. Healing with the hero power costs you a lot of tempo, but if you can drop a northshire cleric and then an earthenring farseer or naga healer, you improve you board position and draw cards at the same time.
I still think that The Beast would actually be better for warrior than hunter. You would need to combo it with Charge, but that could be 11 damage to the face. It would basically be another Grom, but harder to activate the charge on.
I think that uth was supposed to be a partial board clear: do one damage for each enemy minion, but allocate that damage where you like. The problem is that it also provides a lot of card draw, and with wolves it can do double or triple damage. I agree that hunter would be bad without uth, but...
I just managed my first 12 win run with priest. The final boss was a shaman, on turn 5 I drew my BGH and mind visioned an earth elemental. He played the earth ele before my turn 8
I just lost to a druid. He was on 4 life with nothing on board. I was on 20 life with alex, rag and baine on the board. Force of nature, innervate, double savage roar. That's 22 damage out of his hand...good design blizzard.
After that I managed to lose 3 times in a row to the same...
The cost of rares quickly becomes negligible. If you just value cards by their dust cost, then a control warrior deck is worth around 10 times as much as an aggro hunter deck.
I've never had a second pack, but I don;t doubt that it is possible. A pack is only worth 100 gold, afterall. What I do doubt is that you get better rewards for 12-0 as opposed to 12-2. The rewards are too random to tell for sure, but it does not seem any different.
Why were you bummed? The most I have ever had is 520 gold, and I often get less than 350. my last 12 run got me 235 gold and 2 gold rares. What were you expecting?
I used to play him in a control hunter deck. I agree with you though that it is not viable at high level, simply because of a lack of healing. It is a great card, just not for hunter.
Don't buy cards. If anything buy arena runs. Arena is far more gold efficient for earning cards. I probably spent a total of about ?15 on arena entry until I got better at it, and I now have many cards and thousands of gold.
This is why I dislike the quest helper. It seems inefficient to explore when you can just follow the arrows, but if you do not explore then the game feels like it is on rails. There are hidden sidequests and bosses, chests and skyshards etc, but it takes time to find them.
How is handlock better against rush decks? It can only heal for up to 6 until turn 9 and that takes 2 cards, and it does damage to itself in the early turns. I thought that the whole point that people started to use paladin instead of warlock is because warlock was struggling with rush hunters.
