Don't rares (yellows) have 3 affixes, and legendaries have 4 affixes? Seems like that can be a fairly large difference in power assuming good RNG on which affixes you get.

Not sure what you mean here. I meant is nobody running builds that use the "marksman" type skills for rogue. Everyone seems to be running twisting blades (ugh) or flurry (meh).

You have a lot of variety in the builders you choose to use to build up your resource to use your spenders. Builder variety is high.
