This is surprising, I never played sim4 but I played sims 1/2/3, isn't part of the fun of the game that you could at any point let your sims run autonomously and they would do OK even if they didn't perform as well as they were when they were micromanaged?

If you're social and good it's not that hard. If you've got a solid 2box team it's a lot easier. Lotta bads just spam lfg looking for someone to carry them again and then complain that EQ isn't good for grouping. You have to work at it a lot more than other games or on TLP but it's not that hard.
