I just beat the game after 150 hours. Act 3 is pretty buggy, two NPC's didn't carry over from Act 2 for me. Great game and one of the best ever.

Be careful, they just rolled back Hotfix #4 they released today, it'll make your saves you made on Hotfix #4 incompatible with the previous version of the game they rolled back out.
