I feel like FO2 has aged pretty well due to the visual design of the game. The only awkwardness for me is occasionally clicking on the right thing but otherwise the game still is just fantastic. Keep in mind I have more hours in that game than probably any other non-mmo game I've ever played.

I actually have problems with TX ubers still, it's a pretty huge jump from T9 to TX but the chance of a third doubling is also huge. Only bothered in non-seasonal so far too, will have to keep an eye out for uber runs.

That seems about right. Ran a few T8/T9 ubers and only got 3 a few times but got 2 every time.

It does work on allies and enemies. The heal part too. It's not definitely not an auto-push ult for team fights. Very situational but very powerful as well. It could conceivably completely negate a wombo combo and let you turn and fight back or escape depending on comps obviously. I dunno...

Use the set that gives you extra death breath when one drops, kill all named/elite packs while farming bounties. On T6 you're guaranteed at least one DB per pack kill. Regular rifts might be faster for killing that stuff if you don't need bounties though.

It's supposedly completely random. So out of 99 arena runs, you should have roughly close to 33-33-33. Over small runs it'll be lopsided usually though.
