Did I miss the 3080ti reveal or did it not happen? I came into the presentation late but didnt see anything regarding it

Yeah ive been noticing a lot of 3090s going up in the middle of the night (for me on the east coast) for a while now. It's dumb, feels like it almost caters to the bots that way. I cant think of many people who work or have class in the morning that would be awake at 3-4am refreshing a newegg page.

That sucks. I assumed/hoped it was a weekly thing. Well, fingers crossed.

Watch Best Buy tomorrow morning. Im sure there will be some chatter here when the stuff is about to drop.

The used stuff has been between $1100-1300 on the 3090s. I was kinda tempted to try one since the Amazon warehouse has a 30 day return policy but I was nervous about getting a card that worked on install but died two months in. The amazon warehouse return policy doesnt guarantee a manufacturer...

Yep, I want to say it was around 9-10am est was when the restocks happened last week. On another note, the amazon warehouse has been throwing up a bunch of used 3090s this morning (Gigabyte, MSI). Not sure I'd trust a used gpu though.

Yep. Not sure they're going up a full 25% but Ive seen an increase of about $200-300 across the board for the 3090 cards on Newegg.

Think Im gonna be stuck waiting/hoping to get in on a 3080ti preorder. Apparently card prices are going up because of tariffs/components prices going up and the price jump seems to have just hit newegg. It was already a stretch convincing myself that $1500 on a 3090 was an acceptable purchase...

Yeah I dunno what the deal is. Local for me is actually the Chattanooga store. The site said I could do curbside pickup next Thursday, until I click the TAKE MY MONEY button, then it says no and wants to send me to either Knoxville or near Atlanta.

BB is still toying with me about this 3090. It keeps showing as available and can be shipped to me or picked up at the local store, then I go to the checkout then they're like "just kiddin!" and want to send me across the state for one again.... I'd rather hike the frozen tundra to get a card...

I got in on an EVGA 3090 but it couldnt be delivered, I would have had to drive across the state to pick it up from a brick and mortar store. Think I can wait a bit longer and try to find one that comes to me. Dont want my video card with a side of covid.

Yep, got those and per usual, 25 memory frags and 30 cron stones. My luck with those boxes has always been pretty bad.

Yep, mail empty. My returning player attendance reward is up to day 4, which means i logged in for the first time Sunday, the cutoff for receiving the rewards was Saturday according to their site. Think Im outta luck.

Apparently I didnt log in within the window to be eligible to receive all those rewards, looks like I missed it by one day. The desire to play has been reduced to zero :(

I think my problem is where Im at gear-wise. Im far from the top of the food-chain, but I have full TET boss armor and weapons and TRI accessories (pretty much all Tungrad if i recall correctly). To improve I've got to start taking those big leaps of faith with enhancing and risk the downgrades...

Fired this back up to collect the freebies and the new stuff looks interesting, but every time I come back I never seem to stick around too long. That gear enhancement system just sucks the fun completely out of this game.

Forgot about that. I even did that to get a few of the pieces i have and still forgot about it. Ill just buy some cheapie Dire gear to play around with at first, if I end up really liking the class Ill definitely go that route. The mesmer is weird. I dont hate it, but dont really love it either.

I may give that a try after I go round up more hero points to level up Weaver. It looks interesting, but also kinda a bummer since none of my current Ascended gear utilizes condition damage. The build that I had been messing with was this one...

It's weird, the streamer i was watching was on the front page when all the ads were happening. After that triple ad I bailed for just another streamer and havent seen an ad on his channel at all. Guess twitch is really milking the front page people.

Yup, I was. I was expecting the banner unit when I saw the 5* comet thingy, was a bit surprised it was Jean. Im cool with it, I like her character model and all and she seems a more fun wind option than the main character.

My original account was a bust when it came to summons. Only got the default Noelle from the beginner banner and only other unit I managed to get was Barbara. Tried the reroll thing once and got Noelle, Bennett and two Xingliangs as 4*s and pulled a 5* Jean. Think Im sticking with that one.

So for those of you that are in the game, what's the banner situation look like? Any idea where we should be spending our freebie stuff?

My PC pre-load is agonizingly slow, something around 300kbps. No way the pc will be ready at launch tonight. Guess it'll give me time for you guys to determine which banner is worth the investment of our freebie goodies
