I now set my FPS to 30 via 3D card settings and everything that involves dodging has become a fuckload easier simply because I now almost never get hit with a well timed dodge. Do all small shields come with the increased parry timer or is it just the Buckler and something else?

Can you do that in the game directly or do I need to figure out how to do that shit on my Graphics card settings? heck, if you lower FPS to 20, can you get more invulnerability out of dodging?
