Yeah this show is super weird. I get the new game is coming out soon but why not either just make the anime about Berseria or tack this side stuff on as an OVA or something. Just really jarring going between two different plotlines that will have no interaction with each other.

Yeah solid episode of Zero. Looks like Tales of Zestiria is doing the tie in for the new game coming out, Velvet's story is 200ish years in the past from what I am reading.

Could try Ghost in the Shell. The original movie is pretty old, and there was a two season TV anime called Solid State Society. Don't think you have to actually watch the movie before the TV show, has the same cast but on a different timeline or something iirc.

FInally getting around to watching Mushishi myself. Pretty surreal so far.

I guess Taboo Tattoo is trying really hard to be a "fun" anime? I don't really get it either, the serious fight scenes one minute to boob grabbing and table tennis with the enemy the next is a little too much of a change of pace. Show is just a hot mess heh.

Was interested in Frost myself, I like the visuals a bit more but yeah can't argue Fire is top dog until frost gets some buffs.

I like the look but I was not a fan of the UI covering up your summons. Could have just been how fast the guy was going through the menus though.

I think I liked mage, rogue and DK most from what I messed around with on beta. Kind of disappointed in Rogue talents though, they are just what they always have been and are not very exciting. I mean making Slice and Dice a talent, really? and from what I understand it's not even an upgrade...

Picked up Fairy Fencer remake, I played it on PS3 and thought it was ok. I hear good things about the new routes in the PS4 version though, probably just shoot for those.

DH only has two specs, tank and dps.

Is DH supposed to be simple? I was messing around with the dps spec and there didn't seem to be much going on. Use Eye beam/Glaive toss on CD, the auto attack talent generates fury for you and your main resource dump is Chaos strike. I just was not very enthusiastic with what was going on...

With no dual-screen not too sure how they would get DS/3DS titles to work on it.

Yeah I bought my Wii U to play Xenoblade X and haven't touched it since. Though I lucked out and Toys'R'Us sent me two Wii U units when I only payed for one lol, so basically got a Wii U for free :P

Tales of Hearts R was ok if you are into Tales games; it is Japanese audio only though. Trails of Cold Steel was pretty great imo, assuming you don't have a PS3. Ditto Odin Sphere if you can't play it on PS4. Outside of that kinda depends on how much you like anime games.

Liked DK from the little bit I played, both frost and unholy felt pretty fun with interesting talent choices. Sadly Rogue felt kinda shitty. Outlaw was ok but really just feels like combat with new names; missed the mark with the pirate theme they were going for imo. Rogue talent choices also...

I did end up returning this to Amazon heh, kinda sad as I was looking forward to this but after hearing all the crap about it I feel better about waiting for a sale.

Reading the Neogaf thread on it and it seems most of the people playing it there have been enjoying it. Looks like most would score it closer to a 7, game seems good if you don't mind what's already been mentioned about it(smaller scope/shorter game length). Still debating sending this back...
