The top 2 tiers of gems have HUGE stats compared to Marquis/flawless Marquis or whatever. Whereas Diamond RA bonus scales fairly flatly. So for top end, stats are better than RA, but RA is still not bad. Lower tier, RA is really hard to beat.

The cache supposedly drops loot based on your CURRENT difficulty level, meaning farm caches on Torment 1 (or whatever), then make a Torment 6 game to open them. Just easier (and way more fun) to do a bunch at once.

Loot 2.0 is working pretty well for me, I've increased pretty steadily at 70. My bottleneck is Death's Breath now, I haven't even found enough to max out my artisans yet, and that's running Torment 1 for most of the Act V story and most of my adventure mode time.

Just walk back and forth in town with no movespeed bonus with and without the passive. You would notice instantly if you were 15% slower. It's easy to notice even a 10% difference with the Monk passive on.

They're saying the same thing, Pyros just not using words correctly and misreading what Delly said. Characters default movespeed is 100%. There's a cap of a 25% bonus from items and some other certain effects. The Crusader passive lowers this bonus cap to 10%.
