LTK is much more damage per spirit and faster to spam, but hits a smaller area, so you need to use Cyclone Strike with it as well typically. Almost all the Monk builds use CS right now anyway from what I've seen, even Tempest Rush builds.

I was having problems on Torment 1 after farming on MP5 or so until I toyed with a lot of builds. Now torment 1 may as well be normal for me for how dangerous it is. Just sticking with WW so far though, been playing my monk too much to mess with HotA/Spear/whatever is the new barb hotness.

The first new Wizard build I tried was fire-based. It was a bit goobery but the coefficient on the fire mage blades felt insane and healed me up pretty fast anytime things didn't melt before getting on me.

Are white/grey weapons just sought after for salvaging or am I missing something? There's a TON in Gardens of Hope 2nd tier for me, and a bunch in 1st tier as well. Was just running around and noticed how many there were laying around.

WW is definitely weaker than it was, no argument. But it was really just the best way to go before if you had the gear, bar none, even above other classes. It's fine that it's not the de facto build anymore. I haven't had to chance to play with other builds on my barb yet but I would say DH...

There aren't really any solidified top builds yet. Almost every class has a ton more options now than they ever have, so mostly everyone is just trying random buttons and blowing shit up.

If you mean top lane, no he's not really a champion for top lane. If you mean as a marksman, he's fine, he's just not popular at the moment. He's still plenty strong.

They are literally referenced in the patch notes. They have existed. As far as I'm aware their timers are huge so no one actually even noticed they still existed, but they do:

They removed them on most bosses from non-torment difficulties. If you're farming you probably want to be on at least Torment I, so enrage is still a thing there.

While the skills that just have number-tweaks might not look that exciting, it really opens up a ton more skills that have never been used, so in a way it's like adding new skills to the game :P

Yea it's hard to make sense of the PTR changes sadly because those are changes of PREVIOUS changes on the PTR. So you have to read at least 2 huge lists of changes to get what we should have in a few hours, hopefully.

A blue post said it's like 50+ pages of notes on class changes, so it's slightly delayed behind the regular notes. Didn't explicitly say when they'd be posted.

The paragon update is with this patch. RoS adds: higher level cap, bounties, Act V, Crusader, Adventure mode/rifts/whatever they're called. Probably a couple more things. But this patch is a lot of the big stuff too.
