Im gonna start rewriting a fully function C# azure application. It is basically is a web scraper in steroids, asp.net MVC and web API with react. It also uses the Azure Bus, 3 azure machines and SQL.

There is something on TFS called Gated Check in. on which all test must successfully run before the checkin is accepted. I like this method. You shouldn't be checking in stuff that breaks stuff.

I'm not saying there is no value. I'm saying there is little time for it. Also depends on how critical is the item u are working on. Sections of code dealing with critical data you try to look at them more carefully. If is a form where you just input a, b and c, then it gets less reviewed.

The problem with Unit testing, is that the time it takes to do and maintain is never properly scheduled, and rarely done at all. Even when I'm deploying with salesforce which requires a 75% code coverage to even deploy on the server, i just create a test that runs everything and never asserts...

Did you actually bother to listen to the case, or read it. It is unconstitutional to stack the deck electorally speaking, to have it design so a party is favored over another. Even at the state level. What the courts are struggling with is, which mechanism to use to determine the violations.
