Yeah, bringing the price of modern down is a good thing imo. The fact that the cheapest decks for that format are around $400 is kind of nuts IMO. Prices need to come down quite a lot.

I'm okay with it, the price of making a deck in modern is to damn high right now. Still, a few of my cards are going to take a hit because of this.

This makes sense to me. Might drop it for a fetch or something. I think I might know some people next week who will want it. I'll have to think it over a bit. A lot of people don't feel like TC will get banned.

So I just pulled a foil Treasure Cruise. Since this card is wanted to Legacy and what not, would it be best to sit on it? Or should I trade it off?

I think it'll get there. We have a lot of alpha left, and a lot of beta testing to go through.

I'd say if you want to watch a game in alpha go through development, then you can go ahead and buy it. It's been pretty neat watching it evolve over the months. If you're looking for a complete, or nearly complete game, pass for now. I think there's a really cool game coming together here...

So I traded a Noble Hierarch for 4 x Fetid Heaths. Did I do alright? I'm always paranoid about trading, but the guy wanted the card pretty bad, and the Fetids seem to be priced at around $20 each vs $60 - $70 for the Hierarch.

Any vita deals out there? Because I want one.

I'll probably pop in and get the new hat. It's interesting, because I've been testing this game for like a year. Watching it turn into and more and more polished product is really cool. I do hope they update character heads though. Christ they're ugly.

I remember this game being mentioned a while back. It just met it's Kickstarter goal. Shards Online | A moddable online sandbox RPG It seems that everyone will be able to create their own realm, with their own rules, etc. Kind of like the Shards in Ultima Online. Could be pretty cool...

Almost got my Standard mono red deck done. Will be exciting to finally be able to play. Would it be a good idea to try to get a play set of each of the fetch lands? Or should I invest my monies elsewhere?

Yup, I had like 3 people explaining stuff to me. Only like one or two people at the whole FNM had a bad attitude (like 30+ people were there), everyone else was friendly as fuck. Some guy even let me hold his Black Lotus. Maybe it's just me, but if I had a $2000 card I wouldn't have it anywhere...

Yup, as far as I can tell, open is basically the game playing persistently with other players. So yeah, an MMO. I do wonder if there will be online only content.
