Dauntless is a good fix, if you can't VPN to Frontier, or have access to a Chinese Resident ID#(MHO requires this). I really miss the korean frontier version, not having too VPN was fucking awesome..

hmm Frontier has a system like that too, you can't buy them though there only for daily login's.

Frontier is a MMO though, and has been out for 10years this June. (tonfas please... man there fun to use but a pain at the same time) The ticket thing won't be needed, believe me once you get too a certain point you can just farm minimal parts(usually plates/gems, rare pieces) and craft...

I've fixed a couple botched 3ds hacks, older 3DS and a 2DS honestly hardest part is just tearing the damn thing apart to get at the damn chip.

The DLC is pretty much a separate story all together.(Like I said earlier there is some dialogue that pops up but it's pretty much filler.) and beating the game, puts you right before starting the final mission.

They have gotten really good recently at keeping the base firmware pretty much untouched, even bricking a N3DS is not a big deal right now(unless you really screw it up and need a hardware flash)

Ya the timer only being 20min's is a beta thing, actual mission timer is 50mins(some are shorter though, usually just resource picking, or repelling an elder dragon away from a city) Go into the training/dummy zone off the hub area, and toy around with weapons till you get the hang of there...

There is a Story difficulty setting now were you don't have too worry about combat at all(it takes ALOT for machines too kill you)
