Unless your planning to upgrade "everything" sell your gems, diamonds are kinda mehh but required if you want too re-acquire the champion weapons(only use I found for them, I think there is 1 quest that requires them, don't remember).... I'd look up what items you want to upgrade before though...

Great remake on the IZJS system, the dbl job + shared licenses spots == WIN already gone thru 40 floors on the trial, nothing's changed on it, I have a feeling that the final 10 floors have some major changes, guess I will see when I get there... I hope the final floor isn't changed too much...
