    Yes to all of those. My understanding is they want the basic UI to function like Skyrim/Oblivion so that the players of the single player games will be familiar with everything while at the same time allowing player made addons to satisfy the MMO crowd.

    ESO will support player made addons that provide you with that combat information you are missing. Apparently that was a design decision to not make it a basic part of the UI. The addons already exist unfortunately the weekend beta testers don't have access to them.

    I agree with Gecko. ESO does not have the traditional quest hubs associated with other themepark MMOs that move the player along a specific path through a zone.

    Fairly certain once you pick a campaign you are locked into that one until the campaign is over, which is a couple of weeks. You can change to another campaign as a guest but there is some penalty associated with it like reduced accumulation of RvR points.
