So my camera mod changes your character into the default white haired male. Oops. And it saves. I set it to private hoping it wouldn't update, furiously cooking a fix.

How late do you guys think it is ok to update a mod on steam? Last time I did one late, I got a torrent of complaints. It seems almost a universal law that server owners go to bed super early. So the mod goes out to all the players but the server admin is asleep and nobody can get in all night.

There's a carbon entertainment tourney going this week. Started watching the first match and it is complexity and no Harb! Last time I saw them they had swapped out JKW for Winghaven, and now someone named TXAO for Harb. I guess Harb left? Anyway they have ZP and Hex casting it so...

Castle Zette in progress. Made a couple new mods this weekend. One allows you to rebind autorun, the other attempts to fix the bug with females sounding like male1. Not sure if it works for servers though.

I passed out and left that mod cooking. Went like 17 hours or something haha. A Funcom person posted a fix though and now cooks are back around 30 minutes the first time and 5 minutes after.

Modkit finally came out last night but something is broken about it. I can't tell what is going on but it seems to need to compile alot of shaders and compress alot of textures. I've been cooking my mod that changes 2 ints (8 bytes) for 5 hours.

I'm still catching up on ogn apex. Taimou gets out the widowmaker a few times and works some magic: He must have an == scoped sensitivity. BTW the vods have this annoying pause in the video now and then. Hopefully they fix that going forward.

Yea you have to have all the same mods as the server. One thing to watch out for is if installed via workshop, sometimes it will include the full path to the mod, which is usually kinda long. There's a limit to the size of the stuff sent in the connect string to the server so it will overflow...

I've published a couple on workshop. I'm working on a knockdown immunity timer right now and getting the sneaking suspicion that their combat is entirely animation driven. You'd think they would have learned that lesson.

I blew 10 hours yesterday just trying to get something to print to the server console. There's quite a few serious limitations to blueprints that are really tying my hands. No idea how anyone makes games with this stuff.

I decided to do my arcade boxes while waiting on eternal conan mod cooks. I've lost 14 in a row.

I started scattering debug prints all over with the value that holds the voice pack chosen... and the problem went away... strange. Maybe a race condition? Haven't tested it on a real server yet. Takes like 30 minutes to cook.

If anyone has a good thrall on a carpentry station, would be curious to know what that does to the formulae. Now onto the next one, see if I can fix player voice packs in multiplayer (it always comes out as male 1).

Found it, but doesn't seem to be much way to make crafting results formulaic. Just an integer. I put 5 bark per shaped wood created. Tis now cooking the mod so I can test it.

Not having much luck so far. Can't seem to find the guts of where the crafting magic happens. There's a ProcessItemsInInventory that is a dead end. Not sure wtf that is, but it might be C++ side.

And your character should emit audio using the voice set you selected instead of Male1 for everyone. Any wagers on the first mods to appear? I'm guessing the first 5 will be dong related. Or maybe the inevitable full heavy armor in a barrel mod.

MODKIT TIEM!!!! First order of bidness? Shaped wood shall produce bark as a byproduct. Second? Craftable item, razor. For uhhh girl grooming. (girls have pit hair) Oh and bark / ichor farming should be affected by tool quality.

BTW if your crafting station bugs out and shows it is making a ton of items, only one will be real. The others will be phantom. If it is a weapon you will think you are attacking with it but you aren't actually doing any damage. If you run a few hundred meters away from the crafting station...

WTF I used that thing as a weapon for a whole day. I'm surprised I didn't get any by accident. I was going into some truly terrifying places looking for that stuff. Glad I asked thanks!

Has anyone found any lingering essence? Have alot of recipes that use it but no idea what it is from.
