True that, farm on T1 at least for set parts. Normal will be handy for farming legs for mats, though. I'm going to run around blasting the shit out of everything with Ray of Frost/Sleet Storm to build up a nice cache of mats for enchanting.

Depends. Big open areas, I only kill stuff on the way to the objective. Fast areas get cleared.

If by lower tier, you mean soloing T1, then yeah. I swapped out my Int gems for RA, and the only time I get fisted soloing T1 is when I get walled and lasered (squishy Wizard).
