Just had a game with a consistently silent reaper. No footsteps at all. He even ran up to the guy getting the play of the game and didn't make a sound in that either. Not sure if it was the skin, or the map (was route 66).

A friend recommended the mionix castor and it has been grand so far. I got it a few months ago. It needs a real mousepad to work, and I wish I had gotten one of those huge ones as the more I play overwatch the more I turn my sensitivity down.
