If you don't workout regularly now, you won't later on. What will you do at work, when it's crunch time? When I got out in the real world, there were times when the only downtime I had was to workout. I literally had to work every waking moment, other than the 45 minutes I had to hit the gym...
Ratings for RAW keep dropping, even with calling up the guys from NXT and the improved divas division. I've been enjoying the show, it's been actually exciting and different. How long before Vince decides the new guys can't draw, and then he gives us the same old?
That's weird. I get that only when doing incline dumbbell curls. For some reason, I do those two or three weeks and I've got a lot of shoulder pain. So I stopped doing those.
Somehow, you've gotten your shoulders involved on the curl. This is a biceps exercise. Try lightening the...
When I was in my 20's, I didn't wrap before 405. In my 40's, I wrap at 315. My knees feel a little loose, and the wraps just add stability. When I'm doing heavy sets without them, the muscle is fine with the weight, but the joint is not so much.
This show seems to have jumped the shark ever since the "Kingshark" episode. Hopefully, they can return to form. As it is right now, this is just something to have on in the background while playing a PC game.
Nathan Fillion as Wonder Man? Between that, and the casting for Iron Fist, I'm wondering if Marvel is losing "it."
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Reveals Nathan Fillions Amazing New Cameo
To be fair, Brienne has been watching Winterfell the last year, waiting for Sansa to light a candle in the window. She could have heard all of the dogs barking and went after them.
Some of the dirtsheets are reporting that he's been trolling about being on RAW tonight. Hell, there's a video up of him saying he's not leaving NXT. So in the same weekend, there's one video of him saying he's going, and another saying he's staying. Maybe he'll be doing double duty?
When they were responding, it was as if they were responding to a question asking what was best in life.
Other than that, the writing and dialogue seemed a bit off, and there were way too many stories for one episode.
Today, we are watching:
They acted like they wanted to play videogames, and fussed. Then my five year old ran and got his autobot toy to hold, while watching it. And they stopped talking.
I guess we are good.
I definitely like the changes. Watching RAW hasn't been this exciting to me since the Attitude era. It was so good back then, that you couldn't miss out on RAW or Smackdown.
I wonder, will Balor keep his Demon gimmick?
Last night's episode must have been written by the same guy that did the Flash's episode. It didn't make any sense.

If your joints can handle it, more power to you. My lower back cannot handle workouts of 500-600 on squat and deadlift more than once a week. And this is when I was younger and had more rest time.
She was getting kicked out of porn conventions for passing out and acting crazy. I mean, who in porn isn't on drugs? They get high before they shoot a scene. When porn people kick you out for partying too hard, you've gone too far.
And my point was made when he talks about the elite guys being on drugs and having more available rest time (because they are training all day and have sponsors for income instead of having to work).
Americans have this "more is better" mentality to almost everything. More is not usually better, if you are training hard, and natural.
When I'm trying to increase strength, I'll lower my reps to four or five, and try to add 5-20 pounds a week (depending on the lift). Even if you only add...
