yea i really liked subnautica. it's got a clear stair-step progression to achieve the end goal. It's impressive how scary the dark depths can be. I also really liked new prey. great atmosphere and smooth gameplay. maybe needs to be played on a slightly higher difficulty.

There's a few weapons that don't need pinpoint accuracy to work. and a few melee builds. so you don't have to be great at FPS, though being able to keep up when everyone starts to parkour around is good

The opticor is my main jam and i some times use the ignis (i need an ignis wraith :( ) does anyone have any experience with the amprex or synapse? I like to tinker with weird weapons and the amprex sounds pretty apeshit with it's chain lightning bullshit. is it viable or mostly a CC weapon?

yea i just digest the lore. miniatures games lost me like 20 years ago, but i love the lore. I read too many of the novels. worked out well because now we play a lot of the tabletop Dark Heresy.

I just saw it with the wife. it was...bad at illustrating it's own message and symbolism. I liked a lot of the scifi in it. it reminded me of the setting (not the story arc) of stalker shadow of chernobyl.

I enjoyed it, was good, not amazing. reminded me of shadowrun. minus the cyberpunk elements. It was nice seeing just about everyone in the setting that parroted diversity be absolute hypocrits about it.
