I'd have a hard time believing MIM did something like that with Dupree not smacking them around if he was informed. They've been nothing but reputable every time I've heard of drama occurring. Frankly, of the serious guilds on the server they seem untarnished in my eyes completely.

Krassus, the change to MotM is only for stuff over the 1k limit. The 40% thing is still in place for "normal" amounts of damage - just the penalty jump for over 1k is reduced. Unless Ahura explained it to me wrong at least. I took it the same way, and he told me that term only applied to 1k+.

Ah, that could be an issue - most people I've talked with (that tend to have a good pulse on guessing well) - seem to think it'll be standard until Luclin for everyone in the instance and Awakened after. But we'll see.

If that's a true olive branch you want to do, and keep your problem players in check to make a list of "fair terms" for how folks compete for VP key parts and such - kudos, I hope it calms down all the bullshit. I will admit I have my doubts though.
