It's a good rule of thumb for seafood quality. It's not scripture though, I've had bad seafood in Baltimore region (that is entirely within that range) and good seafood in SLC, Utah. It has been scripture so far down here in Florida though. Not found a single bad seafood place in Brevard.

One of our rogues learned the hard way that when it's spawning the DZ version of the zone it apparently spawns them all at the zonein for a second or two before moving them to their hangout spot near Nexona or whatever it is. Was spamming ready to get in ASAP and got owned by all the wurms at once.

Current VP has almost no trash to clear (all the wurms are up in one avoidable spot) - I'd believe it's possible since it's only probably about 1-2 min per fight once you've got everyone familiar and optimized groups/plenty of bards.

SWC? It's solid up till Late Luclin for classes that benefit from ATK, IMO - until you start bumping into the cap which I don't think is possible pre-VT. (Even for VT I think you'd need a Primal to hit the cap, no?)

MotM doesn't necessarily do anything additional you do realize, right? It's what the "doesn't spawn in picks" is tied to - that's the part that's guaranteed to continue. Mark of the Old Ways for pets for example goes away in LoY (or was it LDoN? Was recently clarified on EQLive recently)...
