you know those quests you did to get to level 10? well, you do more of them to get to level 50. Then at 50, you do even more to get to 50 veteran rank 5-6.

definately in the running. a personal favorite of mine was the first darkfall launch where all the mobs in the game were invisible for the first day. overall, id have to give it to anarchy online though. what a train wreck that was.

it is odd that they have mechanics to scale you up to level 50 in pvp but not scale down outside of it or at the very least inside instanced group dungeons. queue ut.

type of server is pretty irrelevant when it comes to populations and launch trouble. Every mmo has them. any company not preparing for them is incompetant.

the most recent example would be skyrim which didnt have it on the base UI. You had to open a menu, the same as ESO is now.

in context of the ESO release, i support it. Its essentially a pvp game until adventure zones are in and addons make a tech war between guilds rather than focusing on the gameplay of it.

just for the record, macros dont play a game for you the same way an addon doesnt. When a macro starts playing for you, it becomes a bot.

so got in a few minutes ago and im already laughing my ass off. You have no control over character progression, stats get automatically allocated as you level up. Its a new low for questing in that you dont even have to find npcs or mobs anymore, you just click on their name in the quest text...
