I don't plan on going that deep, but I'm past 400 and not having a problem yet. I'm sure it will get into one shot territory before 600 but if 600 is your goal for end game grind, you're likely willing to avoid some biomes.

I think Python's standard implementation of pop returns the element. There might be some minor benefits to only having to make one function call instead of two but whatever. Both are common and possible is the point.

I know they nerfed delve taxiing, but did they outright prevent selling of spawns? For instance, if someone has a Kurgal, is access to that Kurgal(and his achievements) still sellable? Got some exalts rotting in my bank and all my remaining achievements depend on RNG spawns in the mine.

I think you can, just not a great idea. The OS will likely get mad at you for trying to reference memory location 100.

I would be careful about using the word "deleting" in this context as it can be very confusing. Note that standard pop implementations don't return anything and do remove the element from memory via the delete keyword or a destructor.

The standard library does call the element's desctructor when popping but that doesn't mean your implementation has to.

Why do you think removing an element from a container means there can't be a reference to it?
