Right so you are comparing the haste effect from the monk epic to a non haste rogue. Its not apples to apples.

Pretty sure on TLP's those monk delays are with the epic haste figured.

15/25 plus 40% haste. So its more like 15/15 and double backstabs.

Yeah It doesn't leave your offhand until probably PoP unless you are really lucky.
