The main pack, sure, will die to Tornado Shot regardless. It's when you get enough projectiles that secondary packs *should* die as well due to the explosions.

LPS does nothing if you have 2 Bloodseekers equipped. Pretty sure the increased damage while leeching is void as well. Item history is documented on the wiki.

Poison is pretty shitty without heavy investment. Likely your poisons are amounting to tickles.

Yeah. For a lot of builds, gearing for crit, accuracy, elemental damage to attacks, attack speed, life, resists, just way too much. I think I might try a Slayer Poison Quill Rain build next.

Mjolnir can apply to many more attacks. Wands have like...3 attacks? Lycosidae being 150c is a big fuck you to a lot of builds. I was going to play a QoTF wander next but now not so sure.
