I've only got a few friend slots left so I'm going to decline any requests that aren't RR members for a while. I'll also prune others from my list to make room for you guys, so make sure you put your ID on the google doc linked in the 2nd post as I check invites against that. I tried to invite...

Tweaking fall damage again? That can be ugly. There was a time for a few months back in late beta where lights lost their legs quickly because they took a lot of falling damage from small hills. Hopefully that's not the case again. I used to play a lot but gave up on it back in the fall...

CM has been doing OTA updates since CM 10 if not earlier. Hell, a lot of roms do that nowadays. I imagine the OnePlus by default will only get stable OTAs and you'll be able to opt in to betas and nightlies like any other CM release.

No quite sure what you mean by that. The OnePlus runs actual Cyanogenmod, not some special rom just based on Cyanogenmod. The Cyanogenmod devs are the ones in charge of updating the OS so it will get updates just like any other device running Cyanogenmod. Hell, it may even be given priority...

Cyanogen is usually pretty quick on integrating the newest version of Android in to their roms. Since Google released the developer preview for L already, I can only imagine that when the actual release happens that Cyanogen will come out with a stable build pretty quickly.

I think I have a problem. Though at least 1/3 of the unplayed games are old games that I already played a bought just because they were cheap and I wouldn't have to track down the CDs if I wanted to play them again. I had intended to limit myself to $50 this sale, but ended up spending $88...

Christ, I pay $65 a month to TWC for 20 down, 10 up, though I could drop $6 off that if I get around to buying a modem. I would go elsewhere but the next best competitor is Verizon DSL which I just set up for a friend and he gets 3 down at best.

ART had been available since 4.4, it's just unfinished. It's pretty stable but some apps aren't compatible with it. Xposed users have been begging for ART support, but the dev of Xposed has said he won't bother until Google finalizes it, which will likely be in the next few months if they're...

One of the barriers to getting the average user to use Linux is that you still have to use the command line instead of the GUI for some things. I put Ubuntu on an old box a few years ago to use as a minecraft server and I had to use the command line to get the proper version of java on it. It...

As far as I'm concerned, QHD is far less important than color accuracy, ease of viewing in direct sunlight and most importantly: energy efficiency. On phone sized devices, higher resolution screens can be a negative, consuming more power and forcing the GPU to work harder. Right now I think a...

Google never got around to enabling the battery % toggle in AOSP. Better implementations of it usually come from manufacturer skins or custom roms. The circle with % is probably the most common implementation, like I have with Omnirom.

ST's own coverage map is pretty much useless, it's just a service/no service map. It has no indication of what kind of service you'll get. I could use one of the hybrid radios for my N4 to get LTE, but it only works on one band and it's used by TMO. I'd love to switch to TMO, if for no...

I'd love to give T-Mobile my money, but their network is shit in upstate NY. Outside of Glens Falls, I've got to go down to Saratoga for 3G coverage, Albany for 4G. Sprint's coverage here is lousy, but still far superior to T-Mobile. As far as the contracts go, as far as I can tell T-Mobile...
