Molten Giant, Echo of Medivh, Ice Block. Rarety is not so important for how often it gets offered, but for how often specific cards get offered. Run a deck tracker and take note how often you get beat by someone with commons and rares. Epics and Legendaries do not guarantee you quality.

It's not really dead in the sense that you can't grind with it. I believe it's currently not the best barb build for pushing grifts. But farming lower grifts and rifts? Still quite good at that. I'm pretty sure you can complete the season journey with any class's four sets.
