I think it would be a waste to sous vide flank or skirt steak just because by the time you're done searing it, it's pretty much done. Of course I think it's a waste to sous vide any steak, but it's silly on super thin steaks in particular.

I hate to say it but I'm probably going back to Samsung for my next phone. Tried LG, HTC, and Motorola but it seems like Samsung has been killing it the last couple years, especially with regard to cameras.

I don't know how you guys keep phones for more than 2 years. I can't seem to get over a year before the connectors (usb or headphones or both) start going bad. I don't really think I'm subjecting my phones to anything extreme but I have had terrible luck with them for the last 3 or 4 years.

Yeah, I think the main difference is that we like Sansa and don't like Theon although people were mad about Cerscei having not quite consensual sex last year and she certainly deserves to have bad things happen to her.
