There's a crafted 1H mace that can roll 20%fire. Devastator or something. No fire procs I think on 1H, there's 2H with procs but they're like lvl 60 unscaled procs, shit's terrible. A lot of the procs aren't affected by +elemental % dmg anyway, so you might as well use like a thunderfury regardless.
