As I recall, I had two main problems. No on-demand-movement skill made dodging things like balls or beams much harder. I would also get vortex adds during his bullet hell phase. If I had a real movement skill, I feel like I could easily zipped out there to pop it before the phase started...

I can't seem to do Shaper with the build. The lack of movement skill and slow ball lightning makes it feel a bit immobile. I'm not exactly experienced with the fight either.

I'm surprised there's a build that chieftan is best for. Cyclone is not channeled, so if you activate it, it will spin until where you clicked. The only way to combat this is to always hold cursor as close to your character as possible.

Are you using the LW/Arc build to kill shaper?

Yeah, a lot of builds can give you that. The core concept is elemental prolif, inpulsa, and herald of ice.

I'm willing to bet what you liked about the BV build has nothing to do with BV itself. BV itself is annoying to maintain and is just a catalyst for the HoI and Inpulsa chains that clear the screen. Assuming I'm correct?

Overall, the endgame version is probably more than that. But to get started, you just need 3-4 Poet's Pens, Inpulsa's, and some form of leech. You can get that last part from a Berek's Grip, or a corrupted amulet.

Does anyone know how Flicker Strike and Multistrike interacts with frenzy charges generated by hits? For example, I know if you crit your Flicker Strike while wielding a Terminus Est, you only get 1 frenzy charge. But I'm somewhat certain that restriction is only for crits.
