I've been experimenting again. I bought a bunch of fajita beef for its ridiculous sale here at HEB a few weeks ago. Like $1.5/LB. It has a decent marinade and I sliced it super thin now mix it in some easy stir fries with Szechuan Chili Oil, Bok Choy and Kimchi. Mega delicious.
