The easiest to complete is probably completing a lvl 60 grift, its not that difficult in a party, but only being able to farm t8 means you'll need ppl carrying you.

Just the opposite, not having a tank isn't always detrimental. Mostly because a team with 2-3 assassins and 1-2 specialists will likely have the stronger early game and can snowball from there. But a team with no support vs a team w/ support had the highest disparity in win rates.
