Cipher is a much more fun playthrough than a rogue. I got to the first town and got the NPC Warrior, Wizard, Priest, and Hired a Ranger. I was wondering if I should go Weapon Focus: Ruffian and dual Stilleto with a blunderbuss to start. Or Weapon Focus: Soldier and go Pike/Arquebus

To be fair resting/killing enemies was a nominal experience gain compared to booting people out and memming/deleting spells.. or infinite range giant spam In saradush, or pickpocketing that amulet from that one summon for gold. I always dug the NWN modules that had limited resting.

Well from what im reading. the game mechanics kinda bone a rogue. Cripple doesnt work. invis is per day instead of per encounter Etc. I may reroll a cipher and replace a priest with druid.
