That is not a reduction of the argument. That is the entire argument. To avoid paying PMI you either put more money down or purchase a property that allows for the money you have to be 20% of the purchase price.

The collection tab is the only way to really spend shards right now too. If you have too many shards, you buy exotics from the collection, dismantle them and turn in the resulting parts to the gun smith. Ends up costing 5 shards for the parts.
