    Ni No Kuni (PS3)

Platinum'd at 75 hours, 36 minutes. So that was pretty much 20 hours of grinding and fucking around to finish everything up after I did all of the quests post game except one, since I had 55 hours on the clock when I had everything but the last Alchemy quest left. Still have 14 alchemy...

Was bored so decided to go for the trophies even though they're grindy. 250 Familiars was fairly easy, might even fill out the whole book. Only trophy I have left is the Alchemy one which is by far the worst.

Yeah, they're pretty powerful. There's only like 6 or so level 7s (highest power ranking in the series) and they make up 3 of them.

That list is utterly pointless, but the spread sheet actually does track attack speed, movement speed, resists, and their full stats. So it's pretty useful. It doesn't paint the whole picture though since it doesn't have a chart of tricks in it yet, which is really important.

That was a really fun game, despite losing so badly, just for how absolutely hilarious it was. I cannot catch a break at all.

If they're using a familiar with the defense skill on them it definitely does. It doesn't last very long though so you have to time it right if there's a long wind up attack.

BakaBT has a torrent of it in 720p:http://bakabt.me/159387-zettai-karen...-x264-aac.html I think you have to register to use the site. They're a pretty good archive for older stuff and the only place you can still find some things. As for Railgun - it pretty much runs its own storyline in...

I don't have any of the DLC familiars at all. I just spent time doing quests every time they opened up and leveled up a bit, didn't blaze through stuff. People will get stomped if they don't stop for a few minutes and level up. It really doesn't take long and makes a big difference. You can...

Yeah, it is. I think a lot of people here having problems with companions dying are just flat out under-leveled. A couple levels and a few stat gains can make a huge difference.

You guys must be using some really shitty familiars on your other members. I never had those problems.

20-30 points isnotnegligible in this game. Even that amount of a stat has a fairly significant impact. It's definitely worth maxing out the low-cap/high-growth familiars. They also happen to shit all over the high-cap/low-growth familiars. Play time at 55 hours on the dot now. I've done...

I'm human, not a machine, you sick sick people. Just beat the main story (+ all the optional stuff available up to that point) at 48 hours, 14 minutes. Lots of post-game stuff to do now. Btw, the Dinoceros is ridiculous and will rape the rest of the game if you pick one up as soon as its...

    Wii U

Zero interest in Monolith making some Online nonsense that approximately 5 people in the world will bother to play. Only way I'd give that any sort of look is if there's a grand epic single player RPG in there as well.

    "Good" games, that you hate.

I like Assassin's Creed, but it definitely had its failings. It shot really high for some ideas that they just could not properly realize and some parts were really bad, but it was still an awesome new IP that started an amazing franchise. Assassin's Creed 2 pretty much fixed everything bad...

Well, I like that there are more outfits. I didn't particularly care for the one they showed off in the trailer and the others are pretty nice. I am *super* apprehensive about the time system though, it really detracts from games for me when they have something like that. For me RPGs are...

You don't understand FFXIII-2's leveling system at all if you think it's just one long line and that they should auto-level you. It matters quite a bit on what class you level and when. You're just plain wrong on so much stuff there dude, it's pretty sad.

    "Good" games, that you hate.

Yeah, XIII-2 fixes most of XIII's problems. It has real maps that are pretty good (no more long hallways that go on forever). It also has a pretty cool Chrono Trigger-like Time Gate system. The combat and classes are all unlocked from the get go and you can customize Serah and Noel however you...

I'm not a huge fan of 7. It has some absolutely atrocious writing and Cloud is a pretty terrible character. It's over all a pretty good game, but some parts of it just do not hold up at all. 10 on the other hand is easily my favorite mechanics wise. The battle system and character progression...
