And for every "mugging" in the 90s you had 3 free baskets because nobody did shit off the ball and you could drag the bigs out of the paint. Such awesome defense when 4 or 5 players are completely uninvolved.
Curry's a better shooter, but Klay is a great perimiter defender. He's also the player that gets the hottest of anyone in the league. If you had to pick a player to score 15 points in 3 minutes, he's the dude.
It's because they're always tapping out for powerful walkers and removal. Like I said the control and aggro decks have a bunch of midrange cards in them now, because that's where all the most powerful cards have been the last few years.
Combo > control > aggro > midrange. That's generally how I rank archetypes in general but specifics obviously matter. Problem with recent magic is all the other archetypes have picked up a lot of Midrange aspects since that's where the majority of the good cards have been.
The main problem with the female characters isn't even that they're bad. They're just all so similar that they're essentially the same character with only a couple of exceptions.
Psylocke would be good if they got someone that could actually act. Most of the female mutants could carry a movie if the movie isn't shit and you get someone that can actually do it.
Books 7 to 10 could easily have been 2 books instead of 4. So much fluff. There's some juice in those books too, but there were some threads that should have been 2 chapters instead of a quarter of 2 or 3 books.
LDoN raids aren't as bad as people make them out to be. You really only should be doing about half of them and while some are just glorified trash slogs some aren't quite so bad. And the augs you get will last many expansions.
People like to bash on the series. It's understandable because the middle books have way to much fluff and needed better editing, but the series is good and has some of the best characters in any fantasy series ever.
I generally like the episodes with other comics, or anything about fighting since he actually knows what he's talking about. When he has legit scientists or other actual experts on and he lets them do their thing while just asking questions that works too. I mostly avoid anyone to do with...
While this general sentiment is probably true, Toronto is a lot more transitory than most of Canada so I'd imagine that it's less all in on Hockey than most of Canada.
Combo decks getting a small bump in power in old formats will just change the meta slightly and when people start packing an extra 1 or 2 sideboard cards for those matchups it evens back out. Plus at some point they have to choose what they care about and obviously they're going to pick...
You should read the book. Gaiman might be my favorite writer. Pratchett is good shit too, and I usually find these collaborative books to be kind of shitty, but this one worked out quite well.
