Man, I love Viktor, 10 attack elusive, life steal, spellshield...and scout. Opponent had no elusive to block so 2 attacks that kills him and heals me back to full. I’m having such a blast right now.

I played with Viktor last night got him to 20 attack. He had regen and lifesteal among other things. He had Spellshield and I had 2 Bastions to protect him. It took forever but finally got elusive at the end for the kill. Fun times. :)
