They won't. This same thing happened in Heavensward. Remember Impulse Drive Dragoon for 15+ levels? IMO the only way to start this game as a new player is to buy a level skip potion and then use deep dungeon to level other classes.

For DRK, the class doesn't feel complete until 68. I will always express how absolutely terribad leveling in this game is.
