No, the Armory Bonus does affect the big EXP chunk you get when completing a FATE.

Um ARMORY BONUS IS BEING INCREASED FROM 50% TO 100% Knock knock, anyone home? This is going to reduce time it takes to level via FATES pretty significantly. Instead of like 10 FATEs for 1 level post 40, it would take like 6 or 7.

EXP from trash mobs in dungeons is being reduced. After the patch, the fastest way to level 1-50 will be FATEs, because the Armory Bonus is being increased to 100% for characters under 50. The EXP needed to get from 50-51 is going to be massively larger than 49-50, so you'll have to level up...
