Big changes in the cigar world. Apparently tucked away in the new vaper law cigars that are handrolled and such have to be submitted for FDA approval. Considering how often they change and the number of varietes they produce I don't see that happening.

According to the new rule Cigar (each variety) will have to be submitted to the FDA for approval. So goodbye botique cigars as well. Nobody is going to submit a hand rolled cigar for approval considering they are normally limited and change constantly.
