Marvel put out a casting call a few days ago for 2 year old twin boys for a small part in the second Infinity War movie. Everyone is speculating that they will be the infant versions of Wiccan and Speed.

Purple is power. As for the Time stone it would seem they need to get that out of Strange's reach or you'll be left wondering why he doesn't just time loop Thanos into submission like he did Dormamu.

They should have left the part in with Thanos throwing the moon from the Comic Con trailer. That would have been just the kind of thing it needed for a little more spectacle and to sell the notion that a true bad ass has finally come to town. Not a bad trailer by any means though. The tone...

Yeah when Gunn was named the architect for Marvel's cosmic arm they tipped their hand that they have plans to go further in that direction. I'm hoping it ends up being even grander than that though. With Doctor Strange and Ant-Man they've sown the seeds for a Marvel Multiverse.

Nah they did a good job mining YouTube for fan reactions. Which is a smart bit of marketing. Every one of those people is going to be hitting social media to point out they're in an official Marvel video, which is an advert for the trailer. Some of them have a lot of followers. The big black...

Oh I think some of those characters are likely to evolve into roles other than that of active members of the Avengers. I could see Thor transitioning into more of an Odin figure. And Tony, even if he were to die, they could keep RDJ around as part of the AI for the suit (and Stark is...

I don't see that in what he's saying at all. I think a lot of people are expecting several deaths to result from the eventual encounter with Thanos. I'm more inclined to think there will be a structural distinction between the two eras. There may not be a big bad as the common thread joining...

The guy convincingly looked like he was getting his rocks off while dry humping Lena Dunham's doughy carcass several times in that series of hers. He deserves an Oscar for that alone, even though it was for a fuckin' TV show.

For a little added salt, Law was offered the role of Superman in one of WB's earlier attempts to restart the franchise about 15 years ago ... and turned it down. If he ends up taking the role the MCU will include all of the actors for both the movie and BBC versions of Holmes and Watson.

Because he's so prominent in the story. The same show runner that screwed the pooch on The Inhumans has pretty much destroyed Iron Fist as well. It's gonna be hard to keep Finn Jones in the role without him feeling lame anytime he's on screen because of the baggage from S1 of his series.

    Justice League (2017)

I'm talking about a major tent pole (like JL) in it's first couple of weeks of release. Movies in general operate on a sliding schedule with the theater's cut growing the longer they run one. That's part of the reason studios prefer a movie that opens big and drops off quick to one that builds...

As for a Snyder cut, not likely. With BvS Snyder had his final edit late in post-production that was cut down to a shorter version for the initial theatrical release. Most of the effects were finished or close to finished in that cut. So the Ultimate Edition pretty much already existed at...

You've got to think that's he's either going to have a much tighter leash than he had on Blade Runner or less budget to work with if not both. I don't think that originated with Abrams. I think it's been a Story Group objective since the reset button for canon was pressed. Master and apprentice is a basic approach to teaching specialized skill sets. It's not distinctively Sith, Jedi, or even Star Wars. In a scenario with so very few force users around I'm not sure how you'd avoid whatever arrangement for instructing new force users being seen as the same thing...
