Her ass is fat enough that if you've got some control of the board she's going to get piles of value before going down. If you drop her turn four and she sticks around or really whenever she survives you get to set up silly wrath + rebound effects for turns five and six.

For runes you can and should buy T1s. They have >50% the stat value of T3s for 7% of the price. Never, ever buy T2s. By the time you can buy T3s you should have a better idea what and who you like to play.
