The problem is you are still limited by the in game sensitivity which max speed was programmed for a game pad. Even if you could level off the x/y axis you are going to go slower then the games max setting because the y rotation is set lower then x. It will feel extremely sluggish imo...

Ah , then that proves it is not hardware related like previously said. To me that would be horrible for Destiny. The X and Y rotations are on two diffrent speeds all together ( this was tested by Ninja). That combined with the auto aim, you are better off on a game pad.
