I tried the app once, but it looked like a RL money trap to buy/sell so I dropped it.

I've payed 2 extra retainers since I started with crafting when I first played. The 4/mo was worth less inventory hassle. Plus I liked having a botanist, miner, fisher and combat retainer.

I try to be pretty picky about what I keep for glamour. Anything that's common or just so so gets fed to the GC or desynthed.

Most of the regular hotkeys still work like win-L, win-l, but start menu win-x-(u-i sign out, u-r restart etc) don't work.

I've been using it a few days. The only annoying thing for me so far is that they removed the win-x hotkeys. With the current restrictions, I don't see windows 11 getting wide adoption by the eol for windows 10. Make something that will run on a potato.

I'm almost to the end of the msq in heavensward, so I'm a ways in. I just only ever played my BLM so it's way over leveled. Once I get a few classes I like near 58-60, I'll carry on with the msq.

Made a red mage last night. I see what you guys where saying. I like the mix of melee and range. I've made no progress on the msq since I've been trying different classes. I'm going to try the healers then tanks next. I'll probably get them to where I can alternate them on the random daily...

I've shelved my BLM for a bit to pull up 2-3 other classes to the same level. After playing a few other jobs, I see they are a bit of a pain. But the black mage has been my favorite character, going back to the first NES game. So I think nostalgia is going to win out in the end.

The biggest appeal to this game for me is the ability to do everything on one character. I'll never be tempted to do an alt in this game, the idea sounds masochistic.

Esp and epiphone seem to do a better job of making a "modern" LP. AMS has that Gibson LP lite for 1900 that looks ESP sized in a fantastic honey burst. As far as the muse goes, I love the look of this.

I like eso, but they're very different mmo's to me. Combat, style, world. I still go back and play each expansion. Can't wait to go back and finish the last Greymoor line and check out Blackwood.

Did the 2nd crysal zone. Read some wiki while waiting for the queue and half the mechanics were stream rolled over. Died a couple times due to not getting the mechanic until I reread it after the fight. The whole run probably took 15 minutes tops.

Derped my way through the first Crystal raid on my samurai. A few people were helpful enough I only died once on the last fight. Good times. Kinda like the samurai. Got the dancer setup last night as well.

There's a bunch, I found this list on Reddit. Made a dancer, and picked up my archer. And I'm going level the samurai if I can get the rotation down. Same for the dancer. A lot of buttons and no idea, but I see lots of how-to's.

How is palace of the dead for leveling low alts? Guildhests, fates and hunting logs are what I remember doing.

Also, is doing the daily grand company provisioning for seals->ventures still a good idea? I seem to get a lot of xp from it, and I've started to stockpile ventures.

My BLM is 67 nearing the end of the first HW msq line. Would it be worth it to bring up some other jobs now, or keep going? It looks like I started a samurai that's level 50, and everything else is level 5-15. All my doh and dol are 58-64, except fishing, which I've had a little fun catching up...

I pre-ordered the next expansion this time for the xp bonus earring. I think that's what I regretted not having last time I played. Probably not a huge deal, since I'm not really in hurry , but it's nice.

Picking up where I left off a few years ago on my black mage. I like that people are still nice. Did a 50/60/70 roulette, and the group gave me a quick run down before each fight. I need to brush up on the story a bit since I stopped halfway through heavensward.

I resubbed again to give it another go. If I remember right, I've just started heavensward. I think the main character I played is on Byrnhilder. I'll find out tomorrow because it takes my potato internet a while to download 65gb.
