Sounds like Legion Remix is going to be significantly lower scaling, they're cutting the upgrading gems and gear upgrading, stat scaling cloak replaced by extra nodes on your artifact. Hopefully they'll at least be Fun Allowed enough to let you equip a lot of legendaries
